Event Vendor Application

2. Things to Know Before Applying:
   • Application Deadline: 7 days prior to event date.
   • Not all applications will be accepted.
   • How to know you are accepted as a vendor: A "Notice of Acceptance" confirmation letter will be sent to you via email if your application is approved and you are admitted to a City of Marble Falls Sponsored Event no later than 5 days prior to event date. If you do not receive a "Notice of Acceptance" letter, you have not been admitted to the event. No day-of admission is allowed. Please call (830) 798-6250 if you have questions. 
   • Vendor fees: Vendor fees can be found below.
   • Paying your booth fees: Once your "Notice of Acceptance" is emailed, you will have 5 business days to pay your vendor fee(s). Failure to pay your fees by the due date listed in your letter will result in forfeiture of your vendor space.
   • Refunds: Refunds will NOT be issued, once paid.

    1. I understand I will recieve written confirmation from the Parks and Recreation Department if I am accepted as a vendor at a City of Marble Falls Sponsored Event.

    1. If accepted, I agree to be in place, set-up and ready to sell by the identified time in the "Notice of Acceptance".
57. Equipment Provided

    1. I understand that I will not utilize more space than allocated by the Parks and Recreation Department. I am responsible for any additional equipment. (Tents, tables and chairs)

59. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT FOR ADULTS

    DATE: March 30, 2023

    I, the above-named adult, am eighteen (18) years of age or older and have voluntarily applied to participate in the City of Marble Falls Sponsored Event I acknowledge that the nature of the event may expose me to hazards or risks that may result in my illness, personal injury, or death and I understand and appreciate the nature of such hazards and risks. In consideration of my participation in the City of Marble Falls Sponsored Event, I hereby accept all risk to my health, and of my injury or death, and my property that may result from such participation and I hereby release the City of Marble Falls, its governing board, officers, employees and representatives from any liability to me, my personal representatives, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property and for any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur during my participation the Slice of Pflugerville Festival whether caused by negligence of the City of Marble Falls, its governing board, officers, employees, or representatives, or otherwise. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Marble Falls and its governing board, officers, employees and representatives from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to any personal or real property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while participating in the described City of Marble Falls Sponsored Event.

    I have carefully read this agreement and understand it to be a release of all claims and causes of action for my injury or death or damage to my property that occurs while participating in the described City of Marble Falls Sponsored Event and it obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury or death of a person and damage to property caused by my negligent or intentional act or omission.
