Gregg Ranch Phase 2

Summary: 36 acres; 126 total lots: 121 residential, 3 landscaping, 1 HOA, and 1 recreation; 4,376 linear feet of new public right-of-way; a sidewalk will be constructed along the west-side of West Cora Lee Loop and a gravel hike and bike trail will be constructed along the east-side of West Cora Lee Loop; sidewalks to be constructed along all other local streets; and the extension of 8-inch water and wastewater lines. Access to Phase 2 will be through Gregg Ranch Boulevard to West Cora Lee Loop; Gregg Ranch Boulevard connection to US 281 was constructed in Phase 1; West Cora Lee Loop connection to US 281 will be constructed in a future phase.

Access to the subdivision will be through two major thoroughfares: Thunder Rock Boulevard which connects to US 281, and Centurion Parkway which will connect to Flatrock Boulevard with access to State Highway 71.

Capital improvement projects are public projects constructed by the city and funded with bond(s), tax, and/or utility fund revenues. These projects are to benefit the community and are publicly bid and awarded in accordance with State Law and local ordinance.

Water Plant Expansion
Project Scope: This is the fourth and last phase of expansion of the water plant to bring the plant's treatment capacity from 2.99 million gallons per day to 4.8 million gallons per day. The project will consist of remodeling the existing 2750 square feet and adding an additional 500 square feet to the facility. This project is part of our Water and Wastewater Master Plan and will make the City's water plant capable of accommodating the rapid growth of our community and provide water for many years to come.

West Innovation Loop Extension
Project Scope: Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation will construct a 1,200-foot roadway extension for West Innovation Loop located in the Business and Technology Park. The roadway extension will provide an additional 32 acres of future development for the Business and technology park. The project also includes the extension of all the required utilities to accommodate development in this area.
