Sports Complex at Thunder Rock

Oak Grove Apartments

Summary: Construction of a multi-family development consisting of 3 buildings, playground, pavilion, and BBQ area. Total of 60 units, 20 of those units are reserved for seniors; the remaining units are 1 and 2-bedroom units.

St. John's Catholic Church Education Building
Estimated Completion Date: Fall 2022

Summary: Construction of an 11,791 square foot single-story multi-purpose building. The first phase of this project includes 4 classrooms, an office, and an attached pavilion. The 5,700 square-foot pavilion will be converted into classrooms in future phases. The project includes additional parking, a detention pond, landscaping around the building and within the parking lot, and a building facade to match the existing buildings.

Clean Storage

Summary: Construction of two metal storage buildings 6.300 square feet and 10,710 square feet for self-storage. These buildings are part of Phase II of the construction of the self-storage that includes 6 storage buildings. At this time only 2 buildings are being constructed. Phase I included an office and 4 storage buildings.

Marble Falls Mission Center

Thunder Rock Phase I
Estimated Completion Date: Spring 2023

Summary: 173 acres; 298 total lots: 281 residential, 11 open space, and 6 non-residential lots; 14, 495 linear feet of new public right-of-way; sidewalks to be constructed along all streets; and the extension of 8-inch water and wastewater lines. Access to the subdivision will be through two major thoroughfares: Thunder Rock Boulevard which connects to US 281, and Centurion Parkway which will connect to Flatrock Boulevard with access to State Highway 71.

Roper West

Summary: Public improvements related to Phase I of the Roper West Planned Development District including the extension of FM 2147 to the west to be known as Ridge Rock Road, an extension of water and wastewater utility lines, and the construction of a detention pond to serve the development and surrounding future developments

Water Plant Expansion
Project Scope: This is the fourth and last phase of expansion of the water plant to bring the plant's treatment capacity from 2.99 million gallons per day to 4.8 million gallons per day. The project will consist of remodeling the existing 2750 square feet and adding an additional 500 square feet to the facility. This project is part of our Water and Wastewater Master Plan and will make the City's water plant capable of accommodating the rapid growth of our community and provide water for many years to come.

West Innovation Loop Extension
Project Scope: Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation will construct a 1,200-foot roadway extension for West Innovation Loop located in the Business and Technology Park. The roadway extension will provide an additional 32 acres of future development for the Business and technology park. The project also includes the extension of all the required utilities to accommodate development in this area.
