Division Goals
Planning is accomplished by adherence to the City Comprehensive Plan, land use regulations, general development relating to the site (i.e., parking, landscaping), and maintaining detailed files of all applications filed for plats, zoning cases, variances and street abandonments.
The Planning Division staff is committed to providing strategic planning efforts and assistance in order to fulfill the community visions and goals.
