Mission Statement:  We pledge to provide those who live, work and visit Marble Falls with quality service and effective government that is open and responsive to the needs and values of the community.

The Court office is open from 8-5, Monday-Friday.  If we have to close to the public or work remotely, we will ensure that emails are delivered to staff so that we can assist our customers. Voicemails go to our email, so please ensure you clearly leave your name, reason for your phone call, and phone number to call you back or an email address so that we may reach you.

Court cases that REQUIRE a Court Appearance in OPEN court are ALL cases related to a juvenile (under the age of 17), assault by contact - family violence, theft under $100, and all alcohol offenses involving minors. You need to contact the court by your appearance date, but a later court date will be scheduled.
