At the direction of Chief Mark Whitacre, the Administrative Division is responsible for the direction of the Police Department. The Administrative Division ensures the agency is compliant with Federal, State, and Local laws. Each administrator ensures the department they lead follow the mission statement of the Marble Falls Police Department.
Sworn personnel consist of the Chief of Police, Deputy Chief, Captain of Criminal Investigation Division, and Captain of Patrol.
Non-Sworn personnel consist of the Administrative Assistant, Communications Manager, and Records Clerk.

The Marble Falls Police Department serves a growing community of over 6,000 citizens with a vibrant retail and commercial industry and the Marble Falls community is a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family while still maintaining that small town atmosphere.
