Handbill Permits
The distribution of advertisements and handbills in the City requires a permit. Each copy of the distributed material must contain the name and address of the person responsible for the advertisement and distribution. A copy of the handbill must be attached to the application. Noncommercial handbills containing political, religious, or public policy information or advocacy are exempt from this requirement.

| Individuals (for Non-Commercial Purposes) | $35 |
The permit shall be effective for one (1) week. However, if the applicant is a political candidate, the permit shall be effective for 1 month. Individuals and organizations distributing non-commercial handbills that contain political, religious, or public policy information or advocacy shall be exempt from the permit fee.
