1. If I am not swimming, do I have to pay to enter the pool too?

Yes, all people entering the pool area count toward the maximum capacity and have an impact on the staffing requirements and upkeep of the facility.

2. Can I drop my child off at the pool and pick them up later?

Yes you can provided children under the age of 11 are accompanied by someone who is at least 18 years of age.

3. Are there any special requirements or abilities needed to use the water slide, diving board, or any other section of the pool?

Yes, the lifeguards will require that you demonstrate your swimming ability to use any section of the pool other than the non-swimmer area.

4. If I have a private party reservation at the pool and the weather is bad, can I get a refund?

No, we do not issue refunds for weather; however, we do allow a one-time date change to another available date in the same season.

5. Can I bring my own food and drinks to the pool?

Outside food and drinks are no longer allowed at the pool. The only exception to this rule is private party rentals. We have drinks and snacks available for purchase. Glass is also not allowed at the pool.
