Can I make a payment arrangement for a Lakeside Pavilion reservation?: No. ALL fees are due within 10 days of submitting a reservation request.

1. Can I tour the Lakeside Pavilion after business hours or on the weekend?: No. The Lakeside Pavilion can only be toured Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Please contact us at 830-798-6250 to make a tour appointment.

2. Can I extend my reservation time?: No. All personal property must be removed; and all occupants must vacate the Pavilion no later than 12:00 midnight.

3. Can I have my rehearsal dinner or dance practice the night before my event?: No. The Lakeside Pavilion can be accessed the night before an event for set up and decoration purposes only; provided the facility is not rented by someone else.

4. Can I set the tables and chairs up on the patio?: No. Tables and chairs may only be used inside the Lakeside Pavilion. Furniture to be used outdoors must be brought in or rented.

5. What is the cancellation policy for a Lakeside Pavilion reservation?: We must receive a cancellation request in writing at least 30-days prior to the event in order to receive a refund.

6. Do you have any pictures of the Lakeside Pavilion after it's been decorated?: There are a few in the Lakeside Pavilion webpage slideshow. Renters are allowed the freedom to set up and decorate according to their desired style. Lakeside Pavilion Slideshow

7. Can I make a payment arrangement for a Lakeside Pavilion reservation?: No. ALL fees are due within 10 days of submitting a reservation request.

8. Does my Lakeside Pavilion reservation come with linens, serving ware, and utensils?: No. For those events NOT catered, we do offer serving pans and bun warmer trays.

9. Are we allowed to use any caterer or brand of beverages?: Yes. The Lakeside Pavilion is NOT a brand specific venue.

10. Can I burn candles and/or light the fireplace at the Lakeside Pavilion?: Candles can be burned as long as they are inside of a container. The fireplace is for decoration purposes ONLY.
