The City of Marble Falls proudly welcomes The Learning Mosaic Children’s Museum to the Marble Falls Visitor Center. This new interactive space is designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning for children of all ages. The grand opening and ribbon cutting will take place on Wednesday, October 15, at 12 p.m. on the second floor of the Marble Falls Visitor Center.
Learning Mosaic is an organization committed to rethinking the design and delivery of educational experiences for young learners. The new museum offers a variety of engaging exhibits and activities that encourage exploration and discovery through play.
Children can explore a variety of hands-on learning stations designed to spark curiosity and creativity. Activities include a balance scale and counters to discover the concept of weight, a cajon drum for musical exploration, a Hoberman sphere, a LEGO® table, a wooden car racetrack, a puzzle station, and a cozy reading lounge. The museum also features the Mosaic Market, sponsored by H-E-B, along with many other opportunities for learning through play and imagination.
“This museum adds an exciting new layer to what Marble Falls offers families and visitors,” said Kayla Gostnell, City of Marble Falls Tourism Manager. “It’s a thoughtful, engaging space that reflects our community’s commitment to education and discovery.”
The City of Marble Falls invites residents and visitors to join in the ribbon-cutting celebration and explore the exciting new exhibits that will inspire the next generation of thinkers and creators.
