Notice is hereby given that the City of Marble Falls, Texas intends to consider and approve an amendment to its solid waste services contract with Waste Management of Texas, Inc. The original contract was entered into effective October 1, 2022. The approved amendment will become effective October 1, 2025.
The amendment imposes additional obligations on Waste Management related to bulky and yard waste collection, no charge services, collection operation and includes conditions for a schedule of fee increases for both residential and commercial solid waste service customers.
A copy of the amended agreement, including the fee schedule, is available for public inspection at Marble Falls City Hall, located at 800 Third Street, Marble Falls, Texas, during regular business hours, and is also available online at the City’s official website www.marblefallstx.gov
