Out of an abundance of caution, the Lakeside Park Independence Celebration is canceled this year.
The safety of our residents, visitors, and staff remains our top priority. With floodgate operations still underway on Lake Marble Falls and many of our first responders and resources assisting our surrounding neighbors, we need to keep the focus where it is needed most.
We know many of you look forward to this celebration each year, and we truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
