NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City of Marble Falls, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit:
23.97 acres of land, more or less, out of the H.T. & B.R.R.CO. Survey No.1, Abstract No. 448 in Burnet County, Texas, located west of US 281 and south of State Highway 71.
A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Marble Falls, Texas on the 5th day of March, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at City of Marble Falls City Hall, 800 Third Street, Marble Falls, TX for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
