The City of Marble Falls will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 800 3rd Street, Marble Falls, Texas, 78654. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the amendment of the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan and the imposition of an impact fee, and to discuss the proposed ordinance amending the land use assumptions, the capital improvements plan, and water and sewer impact fees.
Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the update.
The amendment of the land use assumptions, capital improvements plan, and impact fee are available for public review during regular business hours at the City Development Services Department, 801 4th Street, Marble Falls, Texas, 78654.
